Located between the busy shops of Oxford Circus and the green expanses of Regents Park and Hyde Park, Marylebone has rapidly gained a new fashionable status. Plagued by traffic and historically populated largely with offices, the area has seen resurgence as a residential hot spot over the last decade.
A mixture of red brick mansion blocks, 1930's and 1960's developments dominate around Baker Street.
