London Fractions offers its properties is in TWELFTHS (4 weeks occupation per year plus 1/12th of the title deed) with a maximum of 12 owners per individual property. Buyers are able to purchase as many fractions as is suitable enabling them to purchase the amount of time they will actually intend to use their London property. Prices are discounted for people buyers wanting more than one fraction.
The 4 week block is usually broken down into two fortnight stays on a rotational basis, however we can be flexible with the usage and look to design a structure that will satisfy the usage requirements of all of the buyers for one unit.
